FREE LOW CARB BROCCOLI SALAD
8 Cups flowerets of fresh broccoli
6 Scallions, chopped with greens
1 Cup sliced mushrooms
5 slices of crisp – fried bacon,
crumbled
Combine broccoli, scallions, and walnuts
together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the mayo,
vinegar and sweetener until well mixed.
Put this in a refridgerator and of it
for a couple of days.The bacon looks better
when added just before serving.
